Oh, yes -- she's reaching that point where she goes from newborn to baby. She's definitely still a newborn, but she's also definitely moving toward baby. I don't know what it is, exactly -- the way they look out of their eyes, like suddenly they can focus better, or if it's the way they hold their bodies with a little more confidence...whatever it is, it's subtle, but I can see what you're talking about. It's so strange, isn't it? How they go to sleep one night and wake up the next and seem to have aged? It doesn't change the fact that she DOES look like you guys, though! (And yes, maybe it's the hair, but still!)
