About 152 Insights

The stories and pictures published here are mine. I've written the words and captured the moments myself, unless otherwise noted. What is published here may not be used without permission.

I tend to talk about my family, what we do together and how being a wife and momma have grown my faith in God. I also like to write about adoption and never tire of telling about how God created our family.

Some people get the "152 Insights to My Soul" line immediately. Others have no idea what I'm talking about. Either way, I like you and am glad you're here. Oh, and it's a line from "You've Got Mail," in case you were still wondering.

Sometimes I use affiliate links. That means I'm linking a specific product at a specific online retailer. Should you decide to purchase said product through my link, I will get a tiny portion of the sale and the price won't change for you. I will only recommend products I believe are worth having or using and I'll tell you when I use these links.

Other times I do giveaways. I will always tell you if I bought the item myself or was given it to give a reader. The rules will be outlined in the individual giveaway posts and the winner{s} will be selected at random. I like to use Rafflecopter for the facilitation of giveaways.

I often link up posts with other writers. Here are some of my favorites sites to do that ...

Soli Deo Gloria Sisterhood {Monday evenings}
Holley Gerth {Coffee for your Heart on Wednesdays}
Jennifer Duke Lee {#TellHisStory on Wednesdays}
Lyli Dunbar {Thought-Provoking Thursday}

  2. Hi Kristin, visiting from SDG. I read your 'About' but I'm still confused on the '152'--152 days? Pictures? Scriptures? Just curious. :-)

    4. I'm glad you got the reference, Kathleen! I was all sort of random and what came to my head when I was thinking of what I should name my blog long ago. It's a good movie and I liked that it was about how technology could help build relationships. Thanks for coming by!
