#ThreeWordWednesday

In November 2014, my friend Beth Stiff, who blogs at Simply Beth, passed me her #ThreeWordWednesday torch. I was honored to continue with the community of writers she had encouraged but I had no idea what to expect when I hosted the first link up here on Nov. 12, 2014.

It's been a joy to host this link up of writers with whom I may not have otherwise connected. So often their words speak truth into my life. We'd love for you to join us.

#ThreeWordWednesday is simple, really. I know we're all busy with life and kids and jobs and parents and friends and church and whatever else it is that occupies our time. Some weeks I'm not sure what my post will be about, but knowing people will show up here on Wednesdays is good motivation to write something. #ThreeWordWednesday is a chance to pause and hear God. Sum up what you're hearing in three words. Those three words are enough. But stories are good too.

The link-up post goes live at 6 a.m. central time each Wednesday and stays open through Saturday night. Share a post with a three-word focus that can encourage others and use the code in the sidebar in your post so we can all find each other. Also, be sure to visit your link-up neighbors and tweet posts you love using the #ThreeWordWednesday hashtag.

Find all the previous #ThreeWordWednesday posts here or come back each Wednesday morning for the newest installment. I'm so glad you're here.
